In winter you find a children‘s ski lift, the ski kindergarten, the meeting point of the ski school and the tracks of the cross-country paradise Alta Pusteria just on the doorstep.
With a 5-minutes walk you reach the cable car to the snow-guaranteed ski area Elmo and the bus stop to the ski area Croda Rossa with its 4.5 km toboggan run, as well as the ski rental, the ski school and the skipass office.


The ice rink, the curling, the aprés ski, the indoor tennis courts and the indoor climbing tower also are in immediate proximity.
