Apartments...
Renting an apartment by Lake Garda is the perfect solution for families with young children or for those looking to spend time in close proximity to nature, in welcoming and informal surroundings and where life out in the fresh air and absolute tranquillity are fundamental elements of the holiday.
The 160 Apartments, providing comfortable and practical accommodation, extend over the gentlly sloping hill of the estate, completely immersed in the greenery of the park.
They are divided into six independent buildings, each characterised by its own architectural style.
The apartments are distributed over two or three story residences, namely: Residence A, Residences B-C-D and Residences E-F.
Residence A is the historic core of the estate.
These historic buildings were restored and extended in the early Eighties and became the first Poiano residence.
Since then the floors, balconies and furnishings have been renovated several times and all the apartments in Residence A are climate controlled.

The apartments in Residences B-C-D have been designed in a practical and modern style.
The various sized apartments can accommodate up to 8 people and some have air conditioning.
The furnished terraces of the ground floor apartments open directly onto the garden; apartments on the first floor have their own balcony offering breathtaking glimpses of the lake and surrounding landscape.
Residences E and F form their own hamlet of gracious apartments, brightly coloured in red and yellow (typical tones of the Garda landscape) and positioned around a central piazza.
The apartments of Residences E and F are practical and functional, can accommodate from 2 to 8 people depending on the apartment type, and each have a private terrace or balcony furnished with tables and chairs.
