For those of you who are interested in the local history, Folgaria is a mountain plateau which was home to one of the oldest rural communities in the Trentino Alto Adige region.
The origin of this community is German – Cimbran and you can see and visit places and buildings which bear witness to the community‘s rather special history.
Other places to enjoy yourselves include: the Acropark in Centa San Nicolò: an acrobatic activity park with tree-top walk-ways, Tibetan rope-bridges, suspended cable-rides over streams; horse-drawn carriage rides and visits to the farm to meet the farm-animals; and the Botanical Garden in Passo Coe (July and August only).

For those of you who want to be only 200 metres away from the ski-slopes – this is the hotel for you!
In fact, in only two minutes you can be sitting on the 4-seater Martinella ski-lift with your skis on your feet, enjoying the 80 kilometres of inter-connected, perfectly snow-covered pistes.
You can find ski and ski-boot rental facilities, a qualified team of ski-instructors and a skiing field for the very young, all at the Martinella ski-lift departure point.
There is no lack of opportunity for lovers of Nordic skiing thanks to the presence of three of the best-known centres in the whole of the Alpine region.
Having a great time is also guaranteed for snowboard lovers or for those of you who wish to ski off-piste or walk with snow-shoes in the fairy-tale countryside.

How to find us:
By car:
Serrada- Folgaria and the well-known Folgaria, Lavarone e Luserna area is in south–east Trentino only 20 kilometres from the Rovereto-Nord exit from the A22 Brennero motorway.
Take the Rovereto Nord exit from the A22 motorway, proceed towards Trento as far as Calliano; turn right at Calliano towards Folgaria.
Or: from the A31 Valdastico motorway, take the Piovene Rocchette exit and drive towards Trento until you reach Carbonare.
Then follow the road signs to Folgaria.
By train:
The nearest railway station is in Rovereto, where you can use the coach service to reach Folgaria.
By plane:
The nearest airport to the south is the Valerio Catullo Airport in Verona, and to the north Bolzano Airport, served by Air Dolomiti.
