After 200 m.
the road turns into track which will lead you directly to the hotel.

Calasetta:
Piazza CalasettaThe characteristic fishing village Calasetta counts about 3000 inhabitants and is situated on the northern tip of the island Sant Antioco which lies in front of the south western coast of Sardinia.
The original inhabitants came over from Carloforte in 1769.
They were fugitives from the island of Tabarka, and originally came from Genova.
Two years later a group of 300 Piemontese joined the founders.
The urban architecture is based on the classical Piemontese pattern, with narrow straight alleyways that intersect at straight angles
Over the village stands the guard tower, dating back to the days of barbarian attacks which ceased only after 1815.
The most important sites to visit are the church, constructed in neo classical style by the architect Gaetano Cima, the main square Piazza Belli with the characteristic town hall and the museum of modern art.
Calasetta: Sea and Beaches
The coast line around the friendly fishing village of Calasetta with its picturesque harbour offers a choice of white sandy beaches and untouched rock formations embedded in the breathtaking scenery of the surrounding landscape.
In the immediate vicinity on the north eastern side of the hotel youll find the largest and most beautiful beach of the island, the Spiaggia Grande.
Moving further east towards Calasetta you come across the Le Saline beach, with directly behind it the marshlands, famous for the many rare species of birds that nest here.
Directly attached to the village is the Sotto Torre beach.
Following the coast line southwards here the magnificent rock formations known as the Nido dei Passeri , the Sparrows Nest are a perfect spot to enjoy the view of the neighbour island San Pietro or to take a dive in the crystal clear sea.
Further down the coast the Cala Lunga bay, where the sea water has a particular fluorescent green blue quality, protected by the green surrounding hills the Maestrale wind, offers a quiet refuge for a day of sunbathing and swimming.
