The Hotel Ristorante Locanda Rosy has been completely renovated and is found in Cattolica in a convenient location close to the motorway exit, the city centre, the promenade with characteristic beaches, the railway station, Cervesi hospital, the public swimming pool, the Misano Santamonica World Circuit, the fascinating Le Navi park, and the day and night entertainment that is found in Romagna.

An ideal place for a vacation in the summer or the rest of the year, it is also an excellent base from which to explore the nearby towns of San Giovanni in Marignano, Riccione, Gabicce Mare e Monte, Gradara and the beautiful hinterland of Montefeltro.

The guest rooms are found in two different buildings: the first building is 3 storeys with a mansard on the top floor, and is next to the second, two-storey building with a private entrance.
