Brand new village situated at 800 metres from the sea with every sort of comfort.
At our guests' disposal there are 156 apartments, studios, two-room-apartments and three-room-apartments all well furnished with air conditioning, satellite tv and telephone.
The village has got a semi-olympic swimming-pool and a sport area with two tennis courts, football, archery (13.06-05.09), volleyball, table-tennis, beach volley, fitness room and bowling.
Inside the village there is also a bar, a restaurant-pizzeria, a grocery with bazar, a playground for children and a big parking area for clients.
In high season our guests' stays are cheered up by a animation staff.
Outside the village a road leads directly to the secular pinewood which offers cycle routes that arrive directly to the beach.
Thanks to its position, the village allows daily excursions to many artistic towns.

Tourist village:
Every villa - built in an anti-seismic system - has four ground level flats with veranda.
Each 2 rooms apartments in "Villette" have a kitchen area, living room, bathroom with shower and one bedroom, whereas the 3 room-apartments in "Villetta" have also another bedroom with 2 single beds.
All apartmens are equipped with Satellite TV, telephone, safe and air conditioning.
The 2 room-flats in "Villetta" can accommodate up to 5 people, the 3 room-ones up to 6 people.
Residence:
In the building there are one-room apartments and double-room-apartments all furnished with a kitchen, a living-room with sofa, a bathroom with shower and a balcony.
The two-room-apartments have one more bedroom and can accomodate up to 6 people.
Instead the one-room apartments can accomodate up to 4 people.
Sport activities:
within the structure are at guests' disposal two tennis courts, football, fitness room, archery, table-tennis, beach volley, beach tennis and bowling.
Restaurant:
The modern and welcoming atmosphere of the Villaggio restaurant offers you an attentive and first quality service.
The proposed European type food results from a carefull research of harmony between Mediterranean and local cooking.
American bar service takes place in air conditioned premises.
To the open air lovers we suggest a awonderfull diner on the poolside.
Commercial centre:
Mini-market with food stall displaying Tuscan produces and wines as well as international food, general and newspapers stall, tobaconist's and gadgets shop.


Swimming pool:
The Village has a 1 to 3 metres depth semi-Olympic swimming pool ( 25 x 12 metres ).
Nearby a jacuzzi ( admission charge ) and a small 60 centimetres depth pool for the children.
Cap must be worn in the swimming pool.
Pets are not admitted.
Sport activities:
Tennis: Two floodlighted tennis courts.
Renting at the management; balls and rackets can be rented.
Football: the football playgrounds are lighted up and clients (a minimum of 8 people to a maximum of 14 people) can reserve them in reception presenting their names.
Clients have to pay to play in the synthetic playground and in the grass playground.
Clients have to wear trainers in order to enter the playgrounds.
Archery (13/06 - 05/09), beach volley, beach tennis, tabletennis and bowls are included in forfait facilities.

Here in our village, it's available a self-service laundry with washing machines and dry machines which works with coins.

Outside the village...
We are in Tuscany, birthplace of the Etruscan civilization and of the Renaissance, country of the wine Chianti and of the green Maremma.
Abundant resources of that region should please everybody: art, culture, gastronomy, amusements, wellbeing and more.
This is the reasons why outside the village wants to give you some tips to organize better you stay here.
Seaside:
If you want to spend a day on the beach, a part from the one you can easily reach through the pine forest, we can suggest the famous white beaches of Vada or the rocky shoreline of Castiglioncello.
Should you look for some alternative, there is at a few hundred metres from the village a large aquatic park where our guests may enjoy special fares.
Parks
The road which leads from the village to the sea crosses a listed centuries-old pine wood with signposted paths with distance indications and picnic areas.
Near Orbetello, a heaven of wild life , il parco dell'uccellina , can be visited upon prior agreement; another one, l'oasi di Bolgheri, is located near San Vincenzo.
Horse riding:
The nearby pine forest is the right place for horse riding ( arranged by the riding school next to the village ).
Other riding schools can be found in the neighbouring country-side.
Thermal springs:
Tuscany has got numerous spa resorts; nearer to the village are Caldana, Casciana, Montecatini, San Giuliano, Saturnia, all being easily reachable in one day drive.
Art and story:
Besides our location not far from important towns such as Pisa, Florence, Lucca, Siena, we have Etruscan and Roman vestiges in the near towns of Volterra ( Etruscan Guarnacci museum and Roman theatre ) and Populonia; right at Cecina mare, archaeological discoveries have been made at the San Vincenzino escavations.
Markets and events:
Weekly markets are scheduled on Tuesday in Cecina, Sunday at Cecina mare, Monday at Rosignano-Solvay and Saturday at San Vincenzo; Every last Sunday of the month takes place a marked named Mercatino dell'Antiquariato in the Cecina pedestrian area.
Amongst the events we may point out the annual beetles rally as well as the carnival floats show named Targa Cecina and, in October, the wine festival in Montescudaio.
