This luxurious building was built in the year 1890 and was originally a villa belonging to a Lord of Arenzano.
It then became the property of a noble family from Genoa.
During the Second World War, the property was occupied by the American forces.
In that period it was lavishly looked after, then abandoned and was left for a period of “sweet” sleep.
After sometime, a family called “Tixe” came along and thought about the possibility of transforming the property into a hotel.
