Mater Gratiae is a new residence located in the Perugian hillside, where one can find a relaxing atmosphere with a sincere welcome at a great price.
There are 34 rooms available at Mater Gratiae, ranging from one to four person bedrooms furnished with simplicity and functionality.
Every room is quiet, clean and is equipped with a private bath, telephone, color television, ADSL line, free Wi-fi, and a view down into the valley.
We pay particular attention to the service we provide to you as well as the equipment needed for our guests with special needs.

The restaurant, "Il Convivo", can hold up to 150 people in the main dining room which also has access to the terrace with a wonderful view.
We offer traditional Umbrian dishes prepared according to the seasons and the creativity of the chef.
We also offer private rooms at request for those that would like to work with us.
Debates, meetings, and team building activities can all be held at Mater Gratiae.
We offer 5 larger meeting rooms that can hold up to 400 people with multimedia support and all furnished with the latest technological equipment.
