In the small downtown there is an old trattoria-bar to which the hotel was added in 1996.
Everything was restored very carefully.
It is possible to eat local dishes of the Maceratese cuisine in two different lounges which are furnished in Arte Povera style.
A lounge is usually used to serve breakfast and there is enough room for 20 people.
The other lounge is bigger, it can accommodate 70 guests.
Near the hotel there is a modern and comfortable conference room that can accommodate 60 people; it is air-conditioned and it has a projector and a small bar.
There are air-conditioned rooms, private bathroom with hairdryer, cold and warm water, shower, mini bar, telephone with direct call, internet, tv, heating.
Rooms are Arte povera furnished and there are orthopedic mattresses.
The main dishes include hors douvres with home made salami (ciauscolo, mazzafegato, capocollo, salame corallina), toasts with extra vergin Coroncina olive oil (this oil is produced in Pievefavera which is 10 km far from our hotel); then we have tagliatelle, gnocchi di Colfiorito with meat sauce, vincisgrassi, all kinds of local meats such as grilled lamb, chicken, pigeon, pork in porchetta with fennel, wild board and rabbit in salmì.
We have a lot of desserts: crema della festa, anise donuts, pink apple cakes, fruit frostegna, tortiglione and jam tarts.
We only serve d.o.c and i.g.t.
