The original structure of the building dates back to the 15th Century.
Throughout the centuries the residence has been widened with a tower and a small church.
Historically it was the lodging of the Authority of Foligno and since has accommodated important clerical figures and in the 19th century it became the private residence of the Mancia family.
In 2003 it has been transformed into a nice hotel where, thanks to a meticulous reconstruction work, the historical elements have been combined with the modern design.
Situated in a beautiful park with palm and jasmine trees and just 1300 metres from the historical centre of Foligno Casa Mancia welcomes guest by offering comfort, relax and the typical Umbrian warmth.
