ANTICO BORGO SAN MARTINO

Antico Borgo San Martino is set in a large private park, located in the green hills abundant with vegetation, tall trees and plants typical of the Tuscan countryside.


The resort is just 4 kilometres from the village of Riparbella and 10 Kilometres from the sea.
The Centre of Cecina and its train station is also easy to reach (about 7 kilometres) such as the international airport of Pisa (just 30 minutes).
Considering its location, the complex is an ideal destination for visiting the nearby Tuscan artistic towns of San Gimignano, Volterra, Pisa and Florence and for spending a sunshine holiday on the gorgeous beaches of the Tuscan Riviera

The “Villa Padronale” building is furnished in the typical Tuscan style, with some walls and ceilings manifesting original restored frescos.
It has 32 bedrooms all beautifully furnished and equipped with mini-bar, satellite television, telephone and private bathroom with shower and hair-dryer.

Standard Room: each room has two single beds, or one matrimonial (double) bed and with possibility to add another single bed.
Deluxe Room: double room with original ancient paintings with possibility of third bed or fourth bed.
Family Room: big room for 2/4.
La Matita: a pencil-shaped room separated from the main building provided with air conditioning and table outside.

The “Cigliere” is a newly constructed, two-story building directly linked to the Spa.

It has 24 Superior rooms furnished in the typical Tuscan style and with modern amenities, such as, air conditioning, mini-bar, satellite television, telephone and private bathroom with shower and hair-dryer.

In two antique farmhouses adjacent to the Villa Padronale building, there are 24 newly constructed apartments of different sizes, with some original walls and layouts.

Hidden between the green hills and the olive groves of beautiful Tuscany, the new San Martino Wellness Center provides refuge to all who desire relaxation and the relief of daily stresses.
Allow the San Martino Hotel to introduce you to the Wellness Center‘s world of tranquillity, fragrant aromas, and it‘s highly-qualified staff, where you will be pampered by the many services and treatments readily available.
The Center offers the following: “Warming Pool”, with hydromassage for the regeneration of both the mind and the body.
Relaxation Room, with large upholstered, cherry wood chairs in which to enjoy a tea-infusion service.
“Finnish Sauna and Turkish Bath”, both of which offer Chromotherapy (soothing small streams of multi-colored light beams).

“Palestra/Gym”, Aerobics area (motor-physical activities) for fitness lovers or those who enjoying muscle toning.
Aesthetic Services, for those seeking particular personal aesthetic treatments, such as, Relaxing Massages (Full and Localized Varieties), Massages, specific (e.g.
Draining Technique), Anticellulite Treatments, Mud Baths, and Depilatation.
Two “Solariums”, “Half” and “Full” Body Tanning, using the latest high-pressure technologies for skin protection and a beautifully tanned body.
All services are provided by The San Martino Wellness Center‘s professionally trained, thoughtful, and courteous staff.
Should there be a service/treatment/technique that you desire and is not listed above, please do not hesitate to inquire with the staff.The San Martino Wellness Center provides Daily-Only services, as well.
One may reserve a wellness room without the necessity of a hotel accommodation.

Conference Room:
The San Martino Conference Room accommodates comfortably 90 persons, is spacious, and easily accessible on the ground floor of the “Cigliere” building.
The Conference Room offers elegant and comfortable furnishings for those attending: General Meetings, Assemblies, Presentations, Educational Gatherings, Agency Conventions, Study Sessions of half- or full-day lengths, Informational Exchanges Forums, Professional Continuing Educational Consortiums, and any other type of gathering, as client required.
The Conference Room provides: Video Projector with screen, Lighting and Audio, Microphones, Room Configuration of furnishings to meet client-event‘s needs, Modern and efficient Climate Systems (heating/air-conditioning).
Use of the San Martino‘s Coffee Bar and Restaurant, for breaks and lunch/dinner, as required by client-event‘s needs, and with advanced written arrangement, ample Private Parking available for attendees, attendees may reserve over-night rooms, in advance, or if available on event day.
