Following the restructuring that was done, it has been possible to obtain, keeping the same historic structure of the buildings, a 16 rooms hotel, one of them being a double suite, each one with private bathroom, and a modern style outbuilding with 12 rooms.
The main building has been elegantly refined, renovated with innovative materials, highly energy saving, and has a 90square meters hall, paved in Venetian style and marble painted facades.
The ceilings are made with wooden beams in the first two floors and suggestive wooden truss in the last floor.

All rooms have different comforts: LCD TV, Free and Fast Internet access from laptops in all the areas of the hotel, air conditioned, bar, security box, disabled facilities.
The hotel also has a big parking lot, 24 hours secretary service, small living room for relaxation , reading and watching TV, children and babies facilities ( cradle, small beds, baby‘s bottle warmer, child plastic bath, baby-changing table ).

The hotel is located 200 meters far from the train station, the line leading to Venice; 100 meters far from the bus stop, with buses going to Padova, Chioggia, Riviera del Brenta and Verona.
There‘s the possibility to rent a bike and to reach the Riviera del Brenta, the WWF Oasis and the southern part of the Venetian Lagoon where is possible to have boat excursions.
Car rental is also available, is better to ask before arrival by e-mail.
The hotel is willing to organize group guided tours, and is very happy to help with train and buses time tables, and ticketing.

The complex Marchesini rise in a very relaxing area, few kilometres far from the Riviera del Brenta, and not far from the cities of Venice, Padua, Chioggia and Verona.

Palace and by the attached rustics: the gastald‘s residence, the tool‘s house and the warehouses.
Actually only one rustic remains of the whole complex because the Palace and the other buildings had been destroyed during the 1800.
The structure of the existing building is compact and massive, and it is formed by three floors with the main entrance emphasized by three big arcades.
The internal is rather simple and highlights some characteristic elements in the ceiling trusses.

The rooms of the hotel are realized in Veneto classic style, according to the architecture of the historic building Marchesini and with the surrounding rural area; so the rooms offer a unique relax, that makes the guest participating to the story that those walls contain.

The suite is realized in Venetian style and has elegant furniture, refined lamps, colourful drapery, paintings of Venice, decorations, trussed ceiling.
It has a double four-poster bed, bedside tables, cupboard, desk and chair, bar, safe, sofa bed, air conditioned and internet connection.
Outbuilding room:
The rooms in the outbuilding of Hotel Antica Corte Marchesini are all realized in modern style and every room has a colour referred to which emotions and sensations that colour expresses.
All rooms have private bathroom and are furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, cupboard, desk and chair, bar, safe, air conditioned and internet access.
It is possible, on request, to add a third bed.

The residence, dedicated to middle and short term stay, is composed by 6 first class apartments built with innovative materials, high energy saving, soundproof, with excellent finishes and elegant furniture, arranged in two floors.
At the lower floor apartments have a little private garden; instead at the upper floor they have a large terrace.
Furthermore the structure dispose of a garage, a large parking lot, a wide park with pedestrian and cycling routes, perfect location to work outside with a laptop, surrounded by a green atmosphere and for the youngest space and facilities to play outside.
In the same complex there is also the restaurant Colonda; an old XVII century building completely renovated.
The hotel has a convention with the restaurant so guests can have their meals in a comfortable and refined atmosphere.

From the accurate restoration of the ancient Court Marchesini, in the original peasant house, is born the pizzeria-restaurant Colonda.
The restaurant offers the charming scenery of the old Venetian residences immersed in the limitless landscapes between ground, sky and nature, giving the guests a relaxing and convivial atmosphere.
It is composed of two rooms, one downstairs with 40 seats, suitable for intimate dinners, small ceremonies, evenings with friends, business lunches or dinners.
One upstairs with 120 seats so it is the perfect location for weddings, banquets, graduation parties, family dinners or lunches, festivities and so on.
The kitchen offers simple meals but formal.
A large variety of traditional and original starters, fresh home-made pasta with delicious sauces, succulent local meat grilled or roasted according to the venetian traditions , seasonal fresh vegetables and alternative or classic desserts.
Furthermore the restaurant offers really good pizzas, a large and different choice of ingredients, made with fresh home-made pasta and leavened in one day, rolled out by hand, stuffed with quality ingredients and cooked in a wood oven.
