The “Albatres Palace Hotel” is situated near the historical centre of San Vito dei Normanni, in Brindisi province, a little town characterized by the typical architecture of Puglia.

The Albatres Palace Hotel has got two restaurants with elegant atmosphere and fine furnishing: “Giunone”, restaurant à la carte with a capacity of 100 seats.

The traditional and creative cuisine is well produced by our chef and is fulfilled with a wide selection of local and national wines (The restaurant is open only prevous reservation).
