The ancient house with intimate and familiar atmosphere spreads on a surface of 600 square metres.
The large rooms, one after the other, open into the Alburni mountains.

From the windows you can see river Sele valley on one side, the Piacentini mountains on the other side and the main square of the town.
Everywhere there is a warm and reassuring air and the age-old walls reflect the rhythm of a life made of simple affections.
Four very bright and large double rooms, a living rooms and a small kitchen are assigned to the holiday house.
In this place cultural events like meeting with the author, art exhibitions, lectures, conferences and concerts are held.

The town can be reached by taking the Salerno-Reggio Calabria highway, the national road Fondo Valle Sel.
“Via Castello 10” offers the possibility to choose:
- flat with two double rooms, bathroom, livingroom and kitchen.
- flat with two double rooms, bathroom and livingroom a room with one bed on demand.
In all the bedrooms you can add an extra bed.

The house is available also for short periods and week-ends.
The price is of €50 per room a day.
Towels and bed linen are included €7 per room are due for cleaning.
