Torre del Guado Country House is a beautifully iust restored manor house in the countryside northeast of Arezzo, on the border between Tuscany and Umbria.
It offers four spacious holiday apartments with excellent facilities, a shared swimming pool, well-tended gardens, beautifully rooms for meetings, receptions, banquets, cocktail parties.
Accommodation for 2 to 4+ guests.

LOCATION
The farm-holidays is in the countryside northeast of Arezzo, close to the border with Umbria, set in the picturesque landscape of the Upper Tiber Valley, with views of ANGHIARI and CITERNA.
It is only 3 kms.
away from SANSEPOLCRO and the speedway E45, which leads to the Adriatic coast (about 2 hours) and also to the artistic centres of Central Italy: Florence, Rome, Bologna, Orvieto, Urbino, Siena, Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Arezzo.
The residence is particularly well-placed for daily tourist itineraries in and around Tuscany, Umbria, the Marche, and Lazio.

the local ones include excellent cross-country walking and cycling, windsurfing and fishing at nearby Lake Montedoglio or on the river Tiber, a round of golf and an horseback riding
on the local course (20 minutes' drive).
There are tennis courts, a riding school and a gym all within 2 kilometres of the property and a trip to the sea takes less than an hour by car.
