Residence "Nonno Alberice" has 12 appartments , 7 with sea view , 2 with private balcony and a big garden where you can relax.

The residence Nonno Alberice is an old- fashioned building dated 1800, situatetd in the centre of the medieval village of Rosignano Marittimo.
Nonno Alberice‘s present owners and managers are the great granddaughters.
In 2003 they finished restoring the building, keeping the original architecture, where it was possible and they furnished the apartments according to the sourrounding atomosphere, but at the same time making it comfortable and practical.
From the restore we made 12 lovely flats spacious and well lit with lift, in which 7 are overlooking the sea.

The guests can choose between the flats located on the first floor with private balcony furnished with table, chairs and beach-umbrella.
The ones on the second floor have a panoramic terrace, furnished.
The apartments on the third floor are characterized by the attic and roof skylights with a romantic stars view.
The flats are furnished with modern kitchens, Tuscan style furniture and with wrought iron beds.
Every flat has a TV,autonous methane heating, bold windows with screens and armoured doors.

The residence is also furnished with sharing spaces like: our panoramic terrace situated on the second floor, a washing up area with washing machine and dryer with token and a large private garden.
Going down by lift to the old wine cellar you can get to the courtyard, restored, keeping the old fashioned style, with its pavement in brickwork, the arches in stone and the typical Tuscan cloister.
As we go along we enter the garden which overlooks the sea, furnished with deck-chair, a shadowed area, and barbacue, where you can enjoy a day in the sun with all tranquillity and relaxing dinner with dishes cooked over the grill.

STUDIO for 3 persons
Studio for 2/3 persons of 32 sqare meters on the 2ndor 3rdfloor with cooking area and table, double bed and a sofa bed for 1 person.

Sea view.Next to the apartment there‘s a common space on a terrace furnished with table and chairs where is possible have breakfast.

1-bedroom apartment for max 4 persons of 40 square meters on the 1st floor with a living room with cooking area, tableand double sofa bed.

Batroom with shower.
–Privat balcony (3x2,5) furnished with table and chairs.
1-bedroom apartment on two levels for 4 persons of 40 square meters on the 2nd floor .
Entrance from the panoramic terrace into the living-dining room with cooking area with table and double sofa bed.
Stairs to the upper floor with a bedroom with double bed, possibility to add a sofa bed for a 5th person (on charge).
Bathroom with shower.

Next to the apartment there‘s a panoramic terrace shared with 1 apartment, furnished with private table and chairs for each apartment where is it possible have breakfast.

The residence Nonno Alberice offers its visitors a peaceful stay in the small village of Rosignano Marittimo, a location with medieval origins there is the well known castle, which has also been restored it keeps up its defensive position on the town, it overlooks the sea and the Etruscan Coast and the green Tuscan country side.
The village and its sourrounding area offer a wide variety of tourist excursions, sportive iternary or simply a day outdoors: you can visit by foot the etruscan museum and the medieval castle, or rent bycicles or motorbikes with level ways or with uphills, not far you can book for private or group horse-riding lessons where you can ride along the beaches and through pine-woods.
It‘s also possible to spend a day at the well-known ”Spiagge Bianche di Vada“.
The white sandy beaches of Vada, it‘s 4 km of white sandy coast-line in front of clear blue transparent waters, it has been seen in many TV adverts.
In alternative you can choose another location along the coast with hight rocky cliffs of “il Romito” and Castiglioncello.
You can go to the beaches of Cecina, Mazzanta or Gorette immersed in a unique scenery between golden beaches and rocky cliffs and pine-woods.
Afew minutes drive to reach a diving,sailing or windsurfing center, where you can rent the equipment or make a course.
The Nonno Alberice residence is located in the centre of Tuscany so that you can easily organize short trips to near well-known artistic cities like Bolgheri, Volterra and Pisa, at 70 km the cities of Lucca and San Gimignano, at about 100 km the cities of Florence and Siena.


· every 2nd week end of July:the wine festival in a medieval atmosphere, where you can taste wines and local products walking along the pictoresque castle streets.
· Every december, 24th: during the holy night a live christmas parade with characters in costumes of the time, that moves from the main street to the medieval castle.
