The House is located outside the town of Colà di Lazise (town known for Spa), surrounded the first inland Lake Garda between Peschiera and Lazise.
It consists of 16 apartments with private entrance, fully furnished and equipped with television, satellite TV, washing machine (some with dishwasher), equipment for the kitchen and linen room and bath.
Parking in private parking.

- The studio can accommodate up to 3 people, 2 adults and 1 child.
Consists of sleeping area with double bed, equipped kitchenette, private bathroom with shower.

Apartment with bedroom, living room-kitchen, bathroom with shower.
- THREE BEDROOMS APPARTMENTS
Three rooms A: 2 to 6 beds.
Room, bedroom, living room / kitchen with sofa bed, bathroom with shower.
Private garden or balcony.
Three rooms B: 2 to 7 beds.
Double room with extra bed, living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bathroom with shower.
Private porch.
Services:
In the large garden of 2000 sq.m.
are exclusively available to our guests a small swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas, barbecue, beach volleyball, ping pong, games for children, hammocks and swings to relax in the shade pines, cedars and magnolias.
For those who just want to relax there are many activities to do nearby: hiking on Mount Baldo, day trips by ferry, tandem parachute jumps, riding, visiting the many theme parks in the area and Verona city rich in artistic heritage and cultural, cocktails on the beach at sunset ...
Peschiera, Lazise, Desenzano, Sirmione, Malcesine are all worth visiting.
