LA COLLINA DEGLI ULIVI

The Affittacamere Collina degli Ulivi is located in the very first suburbs of La Spezia a few minutes from the railway station and city center.

The Town House is in a Ligurian style villa nestled in a hill of olive trees, the restructuring of the entire structure was made in 2008.
During the summer you can stay on the terrace in front of the house and enjoy the pleasant location of our facility.

In restructuring, we wanted to recreate the comforts of a private residence with its services and therefore able to satisfy the most demanding.

The Collina degli Ulivi offers 3 double bedrooms and 1 single room.
All rooms have air conditioning, private bathrooms and televisions. The single room has a bathroom with access for disabled people.
