Our apartment Ca' Guardiani is at the ground floor on a quiet side street, in a private and independent entrance, the rooms overlook a charming little garden and living room and kitchen on e bright Venetian yard.
The apartment, very bright(6 widows) offer you a nice well equipped kitchen, one double beds room, one twin beds room, living room with a double sofa bed and a bathroom with shower.The apartment has no problem of high tide (acqua alta).
Check-in is usually at 3 pm.
Early check-in will depend on whether the apartment is empty on the day of your arrival.
Please note that 25 euro will be charged for arrivals following 21:00 (late check in fee).
