Our structure in Foligno, is located in Via Oberdan, one of the main streets in Foligno, a few meters far from the railway station, from the "Gonzaga" barracks, seat of the Armed Forces recruitment and from Corso Cavour.
All the rooms are equipped with private toilet with shower.
There's also a common area with freezer, ironing corner and coffee maker with cialde.
Not only, for our visitors, we are putting a parking for one car at your disposal in a covered garage, located next to the rooms.


The rooms, independent among them, have been obtained by a typical house set among Roman walls that surround the old town center, reachable going through one of the most charming lanes of Spello, adorned with flowers during all the months of the year.

Structure and services:
The rooms are on the bottom of the old town centre, at a few meters from the parking (free), in which mosaics of a Roman villa have recently been discovered, and you can visit them.
Not far from the square there are lots of cafés, piadina bar, pizzerias, restaurants and shops.
The rooms are all equipped with bathroom with shower, refrigerator, TV, small cooking corner and heating.
To all our customers we provide with towels and bed linen.
The linen change and cleaning are provided for stays longer than 7 days.

The apartment hotel is located in Via Borgo San Sisto, in the historical center of Spello.
