A dwelling from 1700, already casino game of the noble family of Conti Stelluti Scala, feudal lords from the fourteenth century, completely restored respecting the traditional techniques of the territory.
The “Tenuta Sant‘Elisabetta” is a Farmhouse in Bed&Breakfast formula with fully equipped apartments to offer services of Residence.
The unique location makes the "Tenuta Sant'Elisabetta" a typical countryside structure but also an ideal place to attend the beaches of fine golden sand and the beautiful and close sea (only 3 km) of Porto San Giorgio, the famous seaside resort that also has a functional marina, a starting base for sailing boat excursions.
The house has a total area of 890sm and spread over 3 floors.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with vaulted ceiling, on the 1st floor there are 3 double and triple rooms and 3 apartments with 2 studios for 4-5 people, 1 apartment with 3 studios for 6-7 people full equipped.
Every apartments have a terrace with table and sunombrella.

We organize daily cruises on a sailing boat with professional skipper lasting 1, 5or more days on 12 meters catamaran, with the possibility to visit the beautiful islands of Dalmatia (Croatia) or Conero coast.
Daily cruise start in the morning and finish in the afternoon with lunch on board.
