The Tenuta is situated atop a hill overlooking Vignale Monferrato, in the heart of Montferrat, a region with a rich historical, cultural and gastronomic heritage that is the setting for countless artistic, cultural and gourmet events.
The farm offers its guests a relaxing break in natural country surroundings with top-level comfort: a swimming pool with sunbathing area,
a well-equipped conference room and a billiards room.

All of our suites are furnished with traditional simplicity and decorated with typical pieces of local handicraft.

The Panoramic Hall is a totally independent building, furnished with care, hosting up to 150 people.
It boasts a large dining room looking out on a charming bridge over our pool, where newlyweds cut the wedding cake, set off against a magnificent view of the Piedmontese hillside.
The Crystal Hall is the ideal place to hold your reception, wedding or meeting.
It has a variety of different spaces, including a dining hall hosting up to 150 people.
The hall boasts large crystal windows, which look out onto the park with a view of the captivating Piedmontese countryside, as well as a gorgeous piano.
We will be waiting for you in the Crystal Hall to savour our products and enjoy the tranquillity and serenity of this mesmerizing landscape.
Large windows “en plain air” looking out over the Monferrato hillside provide the backdrop to your luncheons or meetings.
The east-facing Pool Room is found in the central area of The Estate and hosts up to 300 people.

The Farm provides various sports activities: a swimming-pool in the midst of our vineyards, mountain bike, five-a-side football and volley-ball, fitness trails, ping-pong.
Horse riding facilities and a golf course are only a few minutes away from the Estate.
Lessons consist in brief wine-making courses in the Tavern, environmental lessons for adults and children.
We offer a large play park for families.
For a relaxing holiday: a library, walks through the vineyards, guided tours in our biological cultivations and our Cellar.


Our wines and grappas are made from classic vineyards in the enchanted land of Monferrine: Barbera, Grignolino, Cortese and Chardonnay.
In particular the Grignolino of Monferrato Casalese D.O.C.
is made here, in the land most suited to it, with excellent vineyard exposure and ventilation.
Our love for this land, the use of modern winemaking and distillation technology and respect for typicality and production regulations guarantee the highest quality.

During your stay, you can take guided tours and explore the Cantina, Vineyards and small zoo on Tenuta.
You may also visit the small Sixteenth Century Church annexed to The Estate.
The Church is listed and forms part of the national museum.
It is dedicated to the Beata Vergine Annunziata (Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin) and mass is celebrated on 25 March.
It rises on a Paleochristian Church; there are Roman findings and authentic capital of the Roman era.
The church holds Roman burial gravestones dated 300-400.

Reale Grazzano Badoglio discovered them after a carbon 14 proof.
Roman gold coins were found in the underlying levels.
The 1500 statue of the Holy Mary (said to have granted numerous miracles) is in ancient wood.
Ancient Roman tombs were found in the foundations.
The tiny church guards particular scents and fragrances.
Every year, The Tenuta San Martino participates in the event "CANTINE APERTE" (Open Cantinas), when you can visit our cantinas and taste our wines.
In the surrounding towns, you may also attend various events such as "RISO & ROSE IN MONFERRATO" (Rice and Roses in Monferrato), held annually for the entire month of June, or "VIGNALE DANZA" that takes place in Vignale Monferrato for the entire month of July.
From June to September, GASTRONOMIC FAIRS e TOWN FESTIVAL are held in Moncalvo, Casorzo, Grazzano Badoglio, Altavilla Monferrato, Calliano, Cereseto, Mombello and Frasinello.
You can also visit MONCALVO, the smallest city in Italy, as well as the "SANTUARIO DI CREA", renowned for its church and visits to its chapels.
