The agriturismo Casale della Staffa is located in the hilly surroundings of Montemelino di Magione (PG), just 15km from the historical town of Perugia and its many attractions.
The hotel is surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, being part of the medieval estate Conti Conestabile della Staffa which is still owned by this family.
A typical Umbrian farm dating from 1440, the Casale della Staffa was refurbished in 2004, and transformed to an elegant country residence where the guests are warmly welcomed in a homely atmosphere.
The main building comprises five rooms, one suite, two self-catering apartments and various cosy lounge areas.
Like the main building, the additional annexes were finely restored, and turned into independent apartments with kitchenette.
All rooms are bright, airy and elegantly furnished with antiques.
