B&B Uccelliera, has a leading position and offers a privileged view of the surrounding landscape, rolling hills decorated with endless vineyards and woods in one of the best known and most picturesque areas of the province of Tuscany between Florence and Pisa.

The owners have built near their residence, but with totally independent access, a comfortable and cozy apartment, obtained by the restoration of a dipendence maintaining the characteristics of the typical Tuscan country houses, with tiled floors and wooden beamed ceilings and brick.

B&B Uccelliera (The Aviary) is ideal for a relaxing holiday in Tuscany, where you can spend happy hours in the open countryside, enjoying also a beautiful landscape that leads up to the Apennines and the Tuscan-Emilian, or visit the cities of Florence, Siena, Pisa, Arezzo , Vinci, San Gimignano, Montecatini Terme, all easily accessible as we are located in the middle of Tuscany.

The apartment has its own entrance and is composed of: living room with fireplace, a table that can accommodate up to 20 people, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge), satellite TV, two double bedrooms (with possibility to add a single bed) and a bathroom with shower.

The dining room is accessed via a staircase and a journey by foot, to a large park where there are a wide variety of plants typical of Mediterranean vegetation, you can go for walks and appreciate the true reality of the Tuscan countryside, seeing, with a little luck, wild animals roam free in their natural habitat (hedgehogs, badgers, turtles, rabbits, foxes ......).

This park is also equipped with chairs, tables and children's games so you can spend some time in tranquility.
There are private parking spaces.
Pets are not accepted.
