Welcome to Soggiorno Madrid: a small, charming and comfortable B&B, located in the near surroundigs of Florence historical centre, just 15 minutes on foot from Dome square.


Close to the main railway-station of Florence (Firenze Santa Maria Novella), the Congress and Expo Centres of Fortezza da Basso and ex Stazione Leopolda, from Soggiorno Madrid you can also reach the main historical and artistic monuments of Florence very easily on foot or by bus.


Located at ground floor of an old mansion, the B&B "Soggiorno Madrid" has been recently renewed and offers availability of well furnished rooms, all with private bathroom.
You can choose between:
* Private double ensuite (one double bed)
* Private twin ensuite (two single beds)
* Private three beds ensuite (one double bed + a single one or three single beds).

Previous request it's possible to add a fourth bed for an adult and a small bed is free available for a child less than 5 years old.

All rooms are equiped of air condition indipendent unit, TV, telephone, PC-connection, safe, electric kettle an kit for coffee and tea.

All bathrooms are provided with flush lavatory, shower, hair dryer, and towels.

Daily cleaning.


Rates, besides taxes and services, include:
* Breakfast in the room (self service during Law Season / sewrved from 08:30 a.m.
to 11:00 a.m.
during Hight Season).
* Free charge Internet point,
* Reservations for museums,
* Reservations for Florence city tours and for excursions to Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca and Chianti.

* City map and information at check-in.

* Iron if required.

Small domestic animals are welcome.
At reservation time all informations (how to reach us on foot, by bus or by car) will be mailed to you and at check-in you will receive your own keys to get in and out any time you like.

Parking:
to our Guests, we suggest to park their owen car by aclose private garage (EU 15,00 per day) or in the street (EU 1,00 per hour from Monday to Saturday, from 08:00 a.m.
to 08:00 p.m.
/ free on Sunday and Bank holidays).

Check-in: from 01:00 pm to 08:00 p.m.
/ Check-out: not later than 10:30 a.m.
Possibility to deposit luggage til 08:00 p.m.

Our reception service is regularly open from 08:00 a.m.
until 08:00 p.m.
If your arrival will be after 08:00 p.m., inform us by e-mail or by phone (you will find our contact details in your booking confirmation).

Your credit card is just a guarantee of booking; no money will be charged before your check-in.

To avoid the penalty of payment for one night, all cancellations must be done at least 72 hours before 01:00 p.m.
of check-in day.
