Situated on a paeceful and silent place in the rurasl community of the medioeval village of Lugnano in Teverina.
Easy to reach thanks the highway A1 Rome-Florence with exit in Attigliano about 10 km from our house, railway line Rome-Florence with station in Attigliano; about 1 hours from Rome airports.

Typical stone farm with pool, just few minutes from the medieval village of Lugnano in Teverina, situated on a peaceful and silent hill with beautiful panorama on the Tiber Valley and in summer arrounded from sunflowers.
The summer evenings you hear only the cicadas and you can see the stars, during the day you can see the birds who spring in our pool.

Besides the products typical as the extra-virgin olive oil and the wine Lugnano in Teverina is famous for the local production meats, there are in fact 4 agricultural butchers' shops which rear their cattle.
The place is surrounded by woods, an orchant and fields, with the typical crops of the area.
A picturisque olive-yard, from which an extra virgin oil is produced, fruits threes.

Italian breakfast with home made marmelade, cakes and bread, butter, juices, our saisonfruits,the or coffee.
Possibility with supplement frisch eggs, ham and cheese.
3 rooms all at the 2nd floor, with private entrances, included the stone staircase.
All with private bathroom with box shower, ceiling fan and hairdryer.
Possibility of stay in appartement for min 4 to max 11 persons.
Available for guests the swimmingpool equipped with sun beds, sun chairs, sun umbrella (from May to September).
Horse riding at few minutes and possibility of excursions with horse.
Ideal start point for excursions : about 30 minutes to the Marmore Waterfalls; about 10 Minutes to Amelia and the Park of Rio Grande; about 30 Minutes to Orvieto; about 15 Minutes to Bomarzo; about 20 minutes to Narni etc.
