The B&B is in Ponte Valleceppi, district of Perugia swathed in greenery and full of sports facilities, is 100m from the Tevere river along a well equipped pedestrian path.
Less than 2 km (ca 1 miles) from the E45 highway, it is located in an ideal position to easily reach the center of Perugia and Assisi, as well as the most famous Umbrian towns like Spello, Todi, Orvieto,Gubbio, Spoleto.
The building has been completely renovated in 2010 according to the most modern standards of comfort and environmental compatibility, it is a happy and colorful home, suitable for both functionality and relax.

There is a well-stocked video collection and a library at complete disposal of the guests.

The B&B consists of a large studio with bath, kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and microwave, living area, TV and internet.
The other rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and comfortable.
TV, computers and Internet are available without limits for the guests.
