IL PEPE VERDE

A few kilometers from Rome, in the Northeast zone, on the Way Nomentana to Km 15,700 and to a distance of approximately 4 Km from Major beltway (GRA), for your vacations and stays, for job, the “Pepe Verde” offers a pleasant and familiar atmosphere, with all the comforts.
Ideal solution for those who search a classified sure and calm stay, from the relaxant and friendly atmosphere, far away from the problems of the city like parking, traffic and acoustic pollution and like departure point in order to visit the eternal city and to discover the more fascinating and characteristic zones of Rome.


The “Pepe Verde” is placed in a natural context inside of a Residential Center called “Parco Azzurro” controlled day and night by qualified personal and offers an equipped garden with cribs and plays for children where you will have the possibility to relax in all quiet or to make breakfast outside during the period of the beautiful season.

The apartment, with independent entrance, recently renovated, is tastefully furnished and well finished.
At guests' disposal a spacious living room / dining room with kitchen (which is cleaned by the customer), where we serve a continental breakfast buffet and a relaxation area with comfortable sofas, TV and a fireplace that will brighten your winter evenings.
It 'also has a stereo and you can connect to WiFi network for free.
The B&B Il Pepe Verde has 7 beds in double, triple and quadruple rooms and two beds on a sofa bed.
All the rooms comfortable and cozy furnished in modern style, straight and comfortable, have been recently restructured and have private bathrooms with shower or bathtub, hairdryer, independent heating and color TV.
Daily cleaning and use of towels and bed linen changed every 3 days.

An access ramp to the villa will allow you to park your car inside.

The language is not a problem, the owner of the property speaks, in fact, currently English, French and German.
Also, by booking a stay at our bed and breakfast you can take advantage of the agreement with the restaurants:

"I PEPERONCINI" - Pizzeria Beefsteak House - (just outside of “Parco Azzurro”) have a 15% discount "à la carte" or you can choose between two menus at a cost of € 10.00;

"MIZZICA" - Pizzeria Restaurant Specialty of Sicily - have a 15% discount “à la carte”.
The B & B Il Pepe Verde holds regular authorization APT (Azienda Promozione Turistica della Provincia di Roma) and meets all standards of hygiene and security in accordance with the applicable law.
The housing also meets the standards required to ensure high level of hospitality without surprises in Bed & Breakfast.
The objective of Pepe Verde is to eliminate the feeling of anonymity that often happens to perceive in a hotel and ensure maximum comfort at affordable prices.

For the entire stay you will have the keys of the house and so your stay will be organized independently, so that you can say that you have been, even in Rome, at home...
