B&B LE PAVONCELLE

The Bed and Breakfast ' Le pavoncelle' offers hospitality, comfort, courtesy and relax.
The three large twin or double rooms (if necessary, they can be single), are provided with a bathroom with shower, hairdrier, shower gel, shampoo, soaps and a set of 3 towels for each guest, TV LCD, Internet Wi Fi, heating, air conditioning, safe.
For a good breakfast, guests can sit in a nice living-room or in the private garden, to taste : milk, coffee, cappuccino, chocolate , tea, fruit juice, yoghurt, herb tea, fresh juice, barley, honey, jam, nutella, bread, cereals, rusks, snacks, croissants, fresh fruit, raw or cooked ham, cheese.
The private courtyard includes one small car parking; to verify its availability after the booking,contacting the B&B.
There is a free car park outside the B&B too.
There is no limit for coming back so that the keys will be delivered to everyone.
Information material (buses and city maps, calendar events, etc ) will be placed at guests' disposal, as well as bikes.
It is possible to organize excursions round and out of the city;
And by request, a deposit for baggages is available after checking out.
Spoken languages : English, French, Spanish.
Cleaning rooms 3 times a week (except on saturday, sunday, and festivities).
Daily cleaning rooms will be done every guest's change and daily tiding up.
Towels change every 2 days ; Sheets change twice a week.
Room prices from 32.5 euro a person.
All the facilities and breakfast are included.
Smoking is forbidden inside the rooms and in the common areas.
There is a smoking free area in the backyard.
Pets are not allowed..

The B&B is situated in one of the most prestigious district of Cagliari, in the wonderfull area of Monte Urpinu :
- 10 minutes from the old town center;
- 5 minutes from the beautiful seaside resort of Poetto, and from the stadium;
- 3 minutes from the splendid Basilica of Bonaria, from the sample Fair, from the streets of shopping, and from the most important Tennis Club of the Island;
- a few meters from the Park of Monte Urpinu from which is possible to admire the city;
