IL MELOGRANO

The stone building rises on a XVII century structure.
It enjoys a splendid view over Salerno's Gulf and looks eastward (Amalfi Coast).
The two indipendents apartments at guests' disposition are carefully furnished.
The first one has 4 beds on two levels and private bathroom.
The second has two rooms and the bathroom in common with the others.
Both have kitchenette, garden and/or terrace.
At walking distance there is "Villa Ambassador Guariglia" where many concert take place in spring and summertime and where there is an interesting museum of ceramics and a place where famous tv movies and film are directed .
A few steps from here there is a beautiful hotel that offers wellness.
The sea, at approximately 500mt, may be reached by a panoramic staircase or by a shuttle running every 15min in summer.
From Vietri's beach a sejrvice of boats brings to the several little beaches of the coast.

At 2km Salerno, with its beautiful historic centre.
On the coast Cetara, a fishermen village of Saracenic origin, famous for its tuna-nets and typical products of tuna processing.
15km further on Atrani and Amalfi, then Ravello, Paiano, Conca dei Marini, the highly picturesque Furore's fjord and Positano.
In 30km of highway you may reach the world known archaeological sites of Pompei and Ercolano, in 50km Naples and Vesuvius volcano.
From Salerno's port start ferries for Capri, Ischia, Amalfi and Positano.
