The residence is situated in the countryside only 2 Km from the city center of Gubbio and is part of a historical farm.
The farm house has medieval origins (parts of which are visible) and has been renewed in 2007.
The apartments have all main commodities and autonomous central heating, functional furnishing, a bedroom, a living room, kitchen, bathroom and garden.
