B&B EL BUEN RETIRO

A charmy B&B, in a palace built on XVII century, considered "dimora storica" by the Minister of Culture We are located on the highest point of the medieval district, facing the San Pancrazio Tower.
We are 50 mt away from Cittadella dei Musei, 60 mt from Buoncammino -the panoramic boulevard – 300 mt from the palace of the King, the Cathedral and the University.

Banks, shopping area reachable in 10 minutes;
Poetto beach reachable in 15 minutes ( 8 km.) ; airport in 25 min.

We have two spacious double rooms (one has an additional bed)well-furnished, whit TV, one bathroom (with shower and phon) and a room for breakfast
The rooms, completely renovated, are furnished with antique furniture.
On the walls you have precious engravings, geographic maps from XVIII century, graphic works of famous artists.
The rooms over look an inner courtyard very quit for a restful sleep.

CHECK-IN is from 2.00 pm to 9.00 pm ; CHEK-OUT from 10.00 am.
The B&B are managed by families : is not a reception service open 24 hours.

To go the lodging reserved without having advised about time of arrival, can cause long waiting : this problem cannot be reason for a complaint or a refund.

RESERVATIONS
You can book your room by mail or by phone.
At the confirmation you have to pay 30% of the value.
The payment of the balance ( only cash accepted) is on arrival in advance.
We do not accept credit cards.The minimum staying is 3 nights (one week july and august).On request we can evaluate shortest staying.
