B&B COLLE SANTA MARGHERITA

If you are looking for a simple, comfy and young place, far from the traffic of the city, but near to all the services and all the most interesting turistic places of our zone, we are waiting for you at our home.
The Colle Santa Margherita B&b is at the ground level of a quite new house, situated on one of the six hills of morenic origin that you can find in our city, Montichiari.

The house is immersed in the green of the Chiese River Park and it is located in a panoramic position of Montichiari's plain, close to the Garda Lake.
Colle Santa Margherita, almost totally of our property, is suitable for wonderful walks on foot, mountain bike and horse.
While you'll travel the short little private road reaching our B&b, it seems you are going in a forest, but in reality you'll be only 5 minutes far from the city centre, shops and places of interest.
Our guests are families, businessmen, tourists, teachers, representatives, cyclists, students...

The House:

The rooms we reserved to our guests, are located on the ground floor, and are therefore easily accessible by anyone.

The B&b Colle Santa Margherita, is composed of two rooms, one double and one with two joinable single beds, both with possibility of third/fourth bed added, a comfortable breakfast room, a large court and a private bathroom.

Breakfast room includes two tables by 3 / 4 people, a fridge available to guests for drinks or portable lunches, a microwave, a coffee machine and a series of tourist information material.
Both rooms are equipped with independent entrance, tv, and air conditioned.
Front garden and the court (furnished with chairs, deckchairs and Hammock) home may be used by guests for moments of relaxation or to smoke.
The B&b has a large area, covered as well, to park the guests car/motorcycle/bicycle.

Services:
From our B&b are possible walking on foot, mountain bike (some bicycles for adult and child are available) and horse (by agreement host your horse with hay and water service).
The holder is passionate d�coupage and bricolage and on request, organizes demonstrations for guests.
An other passion of our family is located 15 minutes from us sailing on Lake Garda.

Available to guests an internet point, tourist information, possibility of car with chauffeur to go or come by station or airport.
We have in our b&b, covered parking for the your car, motorcycle or bicycle.
Breakfast room is available a refrigerator for soft drinks, portable lunches and food for babies.
Are available seats from table, stroller, changing, bag, birthplace, etc...
for smaller guests.

The rooms are equipped with TV, air conditioned, clothes and hair dryer.
We accept willingly; with the agreement, your small animals from the company (not in the room), if well educated.
Fresh breakfast consisting of sweet and savoury products (milk, tea, coffee, yogurth, fruit, bread, cereals, biscuits, jam, butter, honey, locals chopped pastry, fruit juices, brioches, cheeses, etc...), is served in the separate room or on the front porch the B & b (the menu will be agreed upon arrival).
The holder speaks English and French.
