CA'PRIULI

The Ca' Priuli Bed and Breakfast is a Venetian villa that face the waterway of the Brenta River between Padua and Venice.
Situated halfway between the cities of Dolo and Mira, it is found in the central part of this waterway and its Riviera.
A recent restoration of the main body of the house and the connected Barchessa has created a small discrete and welcoming environment with an internal courtyard.
In the green area overlooking the river you can find the glasshouse, the parking and the garden.

The rooms have private facilities and are situated on the first floor of the main building.
They are furnished in a functional and modern decor with specially designed furniture which sets off the Venetian terrazzo floors and the rafters.
From the main hall on the ground floor you can get to the breakfast rooms, the kitchen, which is available on request for the guests and the sitting room with a fireplace.
The latter is furnished with a small library dedicated to the territory, and it‘s where you can plan your excursions or taste one of the typical local wines.

Ca' Priuli offers its guests the possibility to reserve their stay at the apartments that were obtained thanks to the restoration of the barn (la Barchessa) belonging to the Villa:
* Two studio apartments with a shared entrance are situated in the Barchessa, each one has a small kitchen and private facilities.
* One studio apartment situated in the Barchessa also has private facilities, a kitchen and its own entrance..
These three units have a common entrance and internal connection with the central body of the house.
Then here at Ca' Priuli we also offer:
* A studio located in the barn with private bath, kitchen and entrance area with a small green available.
* Two studios in the courtyard with independent entrances, private bathrooms, kitchen and porch.
In these units are also welcome small pets.
There are a small store and the porch area for storage of bicycles with the possibility of simple maintenance.

The Villa is built in one of the most attractive and convenient places in the Veneto region:
* 15 kms from Venice and from Padua
* 40kms from Treviso and from Chioggia
* 80kms from Verona

The small towns of the Brenta Riviera are rich in history and in artistic, sports, and food and wine events but also with handmade and industrial activity centres of importance.
