CA PARAVENTO BB COUNTRY HOUSE

Ca' Paravento is a B&B Country House, made up by two joined stone buildings probably dating back to the beginning of the 18th century, totally renovated in 2010 offering modern standard and full comfort.
Ca'Paravento is situated between Umbria and Marche, right on the border line of the two regions, few minutes from Gubbio, surrounded by beautiful countryside, 500 meters above sea-level.
The gorgeous natural park that encircles the house is alive and vibrant with the colours and perfumes of the changing seasons.
Ca' Paravento is the ideal place where your can have a total relaxing time: for anyone who wish to escape from the stress of every day life in search of peacefulness and be in contact with nature, the hills and woods surrounding Ca' Paravento offers exactly what you are looking for.
Anyone who love to explore and are art lovers will be rewarded in their findings - several beautiful historic and medieval cities, ancient and historical sites rich in art treasures are not too far away: we are only 10minutes driving from the city centre of the medieval city of Gubbio , and just to name a few, well know localities such as Cagli, Urbino, Perugia.
Restaurant and trattorias in the vicinity will reward food lovers with exquisite traditional food and locally produced wine.
The area is well known for its famous parks and mountains.
Worth mentioning, but there are more to add, is the Park of Mount Cucco, the lovely mountains of Catria and Nerone, the naturals reserve of Bosco di Tecchie and Gola del Furlo.
Sport lovers will find Ca' Pavarento the ideal base for trekking, nature walks and other sport activities.

- The B&B has three rooms, all equipped with bathroom and shower.
A large room with fireplace, a terrace and a little kitchen are available for the guests to relax and enjoy their morning breakfast.

- There are three apartments each with their own independent entry.
Each apartment consists of two rooms: living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
The ground floor apartment is adapted for people with mobility difficulties and is fully wheelchair accessible.


How to reach us :
FROM NORTH : Both coming from SS16 or A14 , take the direction to Fano .From there to Cantiano , Cagli , ans Gubbio .
After Cantiano follow to Gubbio on the road SS CONTESSA NUOVA ,after 1km turn left to the litthe town of Tranquillo .
20mt on the right you will see the sign to Ca' Paravento .
FROM SOUTH :From Rome take the E45 Perugia-Cesena, after Perugia , following in direction of Cesena take the road to BOSCO-GUBBIO , or few km after to UMBERTIDE ,take the direction to Gubbio and then to Fano , Cagli with the road SS Contessa Nuova , right to the border of the 2 regions ,Umbria and Marche turn right to the road that goes to the little town of Tranquillo .
20mt on the right you will see the sign to Ca' Paravento.
