BORGO TEPOLINI

BORGO TEPOLINI is a bed and breakfast, whose structure is drawn to 'inside of a residence of the seventeenth century, surrounded by a park of 4,000 sqm.
between chestnut trees, olive trees and a lush orchard.

The bed and breakfast is located in the homonymous district of Tepolini about 2 km from the center of Castel del Piano and 3 km from Seggiano, in the Val d'Orcia Grossetana.

The careful restoration has allowed to keep intact the original character of the house, bringing to light ancient lintels, stairs and walls in "tuff" characteristic of the area, but at the same time, provide it with all the modern comforts needed for a stay of all 'teaches relaxation in a friendly atmosphere.


The village enjoys a special microclimate that feels "fresh breath of the mountain and the sea tepid breath away." This healthy climate, the bed and breakfast Borgo Tepolini is an ideal holiday destination throughout the year:
- In the spring, when nature awakens, with its hiking trails and cycling
- Summer, walking along the trails and enjoying the cool under the chestnut trees or in the pool
- Fall, to discover the flavors of the grape harvest, the new oil and celebrations for the Palio
- In winter, and equipped with the nearby ski slopes and to relax in front of the fireplace
The comfortable rooms of our bed and breakfast, all have private bathroom with shower and LCD TV with digital terrestrial.
The breakfast, prepared with typical products of the area is served, depending on the season, in the quaint kitchen with fireplace and garden.
Available for guests of bed and breakfast, there is a pool surrounded the chestnut with a solarium, where you can spend quiet moments of relaxation, and for those who always wants to be connected with the rest of the world and has a Wi-Fi in public areas inland and adjacent structure.

From the park you can enjoy a magnificent view of some of the neighboring historic villages as Seggiano, Montegiovi, Montelaterone.
From here you can without moving, take relaxing walks in the woods and venture into the "Road of the chestnut" path that will lead you to discover the ancient chestnut trees, orchards, springs and unspoilt landscapes in contact with nature.

A1 Autostrada del Sole-out for Florence to Chiusi.
Follow signs for Chianciano Terme, Castiglione D'Orcia, Seggiano; from here continue to Castel del Piano and after about 3 km you will arrive at the fork to the right to Tepolini.

Rome-Fiumicino motorway, proceed towards Civitavecchia.
From here on SS Aurelia Grossseto.
(Exit Grosseto-Siena Center Take the Siena-Grosseto Paganico exiting to follow signs for Castel Del Piano, from there follow signs for Seggiano and after 2 km you will arrive at the fork to the left to Tepolini.

Firenze-Siena direction Buonconvento then to Montalcino, Castelnuovo Abbot (Abbey of Saint Antimo), Station Monte Amiata, Seggiano, from here continue to Castel del Piano and after about 3 km you will arrive at the fork to the right to Tepolini.
