B&BITALA

The B&B "Itala" is located in Recanati, and far about 100 metres from the main square and main centre of the town.
Nice and quite area whit sea view on the Conero and the nearby towns of Loreto, Castelfidardo, Osimo and Portorecanati.
A detached house on two floors (plus the basement), fenced in each side to which you can enter through the opening of a wide automatic gate.
There is also enough room in the front yard to park vehicles.
The first floor is the one dedicated to the activity of B&B and it is constituited of 3 rooms, a bathroom (the second toilet is on the ground floor), a spacious kithchen, completely furnished, where you can have your breakfast in total autonomy.
Instead the main entrance that goes on the second floor is restricted to the use of the owners.
In the office at groundfloor you will be able to use Internet for free.
The guest have at their disposal 3 rooms in the first floor.
One is a double bedroom and the other rooms are 2 double rooms with 2 single beds (In any of the rooms can be added if needed an additional bed that will not raise excessively the price of the entire room).
There is also a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub, while the second bathroom is unfortunately on the groundfloor.

The kitchen, fully furnished with anything you may need, is also provided with a tv and a big panoramic terrace with sea view, where you will be able to have nice abundant morning breakfasts in complete autonomy and freedom.
Included in the price we offer to our guests the following services:
Daily room service;
Each 4 days bathroom cleaning service;
In longer stays (up to 3 days and more), we offer change of the sheets every 4 days.
