Villa Scaduto Residence is situated in a quiet area in Aspra, a typical Mediterranean fishing village
just 10 km away from Palermo and a short walk from Bagheria, a delightful town famous for its many villas in Baroque Style.
The Hotel presents itself as the ideal location for a relaxing Italian break, set within an area of tranquillity, yet near to many attractions.
All 15 one-room flats (for a maximum of 4 people per room) are fitted with modern furniture and furnishings.
One of the rooms is a Junior Suite (two- rooms flat) and another is equipped for disabled Guests.

The hotel features an elegant Wine Bar Bistrot, which over looks the garden, where You can enjoy of a welcome drink or a quick snack.

Several restaurants are situated a within a few metres of the residence.

How to get to Villa Scaduto Residence:
- From the "Falcone-Borsellino" Airport take the motorway to Messina – Palermo - Catania, distants about km 40, exit Bagheria and follow the signs to Aspra and Villa Scaduto Residence;
- from the railway station of Bagheria (300mt.);
- from the railway station or port of Palermo (Km.10): take the state road S.S.113 towards Messina;
- from the state road S.S.113 turn towards Aspra around Bagheria and follow the signs towards "Villa Scaduto Residence".

On request we can pick You up to and from the airport by taxy.

Children aged 0-3 years may stay free of charge when sharing a bed with their parents.
