VILLA D'AZEGLIO

Albiano d‘Ivrea, a quiet village in Piedmont, at the foot of the Alps, in the north-western part of Italy, offers you relaxing holidays in the charming Villa d‘Azeglio.
Villa d‘Azeglio was built in 1905 and has been completely restored using the original materials so as to keep intact the charm of its origins, but at the same time have been added all modern comforts.
The large garden, endowed of flowering and fruit-bearing plants, offers several quiet corners in the shadow of the great ancient trees.
The surrounding countryside will make you plunge into the nature, so you will be able to take walks in the nearby woods on the hills, use our bikes to discover small villages, typical taverns and cozy restaurants.

CHECK-IN CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is from 2:30 p.m.
on the arrival day; check-out time is fixed at 12:00 a.m.
of the departure day.

Little size pets are accepted depending on apartment kind and availability (please, ask when booking).
BATHROOM
Every bathroom is equipped with hair dryer and amenities products.
CHILDREN
Children are always welcome.
LINEN
All the apartments have bath, bed and table linen replaced once a week.
BIKES
Bikes are available for rental.
KITCHENETTE
Every kitchenette is equipped with 4 gas-fire stove and set of kitchenware, according to apartment occupancy.
We can arrange dishwashing service on payment of 15,00 €/hour.
Small kitchen aids are available on request.
FAX
Incoming/outgoing fax service available at the reception.
INTERNET
Each apartment is equipped with plug-in for ADSL connection and wi-fi.
Ask reception for rates.
APARTMENTS CLEANING SERVICE
Cleaning is supplied in the morning from Monday till Saturday.
In case you don't need cleaning service, you are kindly requested to hang the sign "Do not disturb" on the door or inform the reception.
LAUNDRY
Laundry service works in the morning from Monday through Saturday at reception.
You can also, ever asking reception, use washing and drying machine (€ 3,00 each), ironing set (free).

At the reception you will find leaflets, maps and suggestions.

Central heating system is supplied according to fixed hours.
TV and VCR
20” LCD TV in each apartment.
DVD player and satellite TV are available on request.

Villa d‘Azeglio is a suitable place for meeting, training session, incentive programs, seminars: together with the hosting, comes a Conference room for 18 people, equipped for Web connection and PC projection.

From Turin: using A5 highway to Aosta, at km 38 turn direction Santhià-Milano, get off first exit Albiano d‘Ivrea.
45 km, driving time about 30‘.
From Milan: using A4 highway to Torino, at km 45 turn direction Aosta, get off first exit - Albiano d‘Ivrea.
105 km, driving time about 60‘.
From Genova: using A26 highway to Alessandria, continue to Aosta, turn A5 dirction Aosta, get off first exit - Albiano d‘Ivrea.
140 km, driving time about 1 hour 40‘.
When you reach Albiano, follow the signs to Azeglio, 250 mt out of the built up area of Albiano you find the Villa on your left.
