RESIDENCE LA GUIRITA

In the centre of the Adriatic Riviera, near the border between Marche and Abruzzi, The Guirita Residence Resort is a modern structure with three-room apartaments, 100 m from the beach. Located in a quiet area for the lovers of sea and relax although near the town centre of Tortoreto Lido and the best places to have fun.

The residence offers comfortable and functional flats, elegantly furnished and air- conditioned. Swimming pool, indoor and outdoor parking, token laundry room, bicycles hire - to take advantage of the wonderful cycling path; these are some of the services that we offer to our clients. The Marconi family management guarantees an effective and discreet service in every moment of the day.
The beach service supplied from the chalet “la tartaruga” offers to its clients a fitness area with new fitness machines to have a relaxing stay and at the same time to keep fit!!! Activities like aquagym and children animation. For the adults, group dance with Latin-American music.

The residence offers comfortable and functional apartments, elegantly furnished and with air conditioning.
All the apartments are serviced by a lift and include living room with cooking corner and sofa-double bed, double room, room with 2 beds, bathroom and balcony.
The ample and bright rooms all have the necessary services and big balconies to spend pleasant moments in the open air.

Air conditioned, hairdryer, shower, lcd 22inc colour TV, direct telephone, well furnished kitchen (4 fire glass-ceramic stove), dishes, cutlery, glasses, pots etc…big refrigerator, towels and tablecloths, safe, laundry hanger, table and chairs on the balcony, bed linen with weekly change of laundry, bath and kitchen with double weekly change. BIKE ITINERARIES...
The Guirita Residence makes available to its clients the rental of bicycles to take advantage of the numerous itineraries and cycling paths present in the territory.
CHALET AND BEACH...
A real oasis of relax and entertainment is the private beach with its beautiful “chalet” (this is the name given to the local bathing establishments) located in front of the Guirita Residence.

How to arrive:
BY CAR:
If you are driving, leave the A14 motorway at “Val Vibrata” exit then turn right; at the first set of traffic lights turn right on the S.S.16 until the next traffic light; turn left (you are in Viale Mazzini in Alba Adriatica) and straight on until the Promenade, then turn right and continue for 5 Km. We are on Your right.
BY TRAIN:
If you are travelling by train you can choose Tortoreto Station or Giulianova Station; it will be our care to take you to the residence.
BY PLANE:
you are flying to Ancona Airport (about 100 Km. North of Tortoreto) or Pescara Airport (about 40 Km. south of Tortoreto ) the Residence will take care of your transfer.
